ok, so her jacket is ridiculous. it looks like she is wearing floaties underneath her sleeves. jackets, and clothes in general, do not bunch up in such a ridiculous manner. draw the body first then figure out what kind of clothing you want, what it's made of, and how it should be resting. as it stands, her upper wardrobe looks like a dress shirt that comes with heavily insulated sleeves. something straight off of a 'peculiar fashion' runway. also, the torso part of her jacket has notable size difference in the length of each side.
her hair's not great; you tried to follow the contour of her head, notably on her left (our right) side, but the overall effect of your shading seems to contradict your linework. hair can be tricky, but so can everything else if you let it be. her "strands" are a bit thick though - the ones resting on her right shoulder. those look more like tails than hair.
i know you aren't going for realism, but pic related is an idea of what i mean with your hair. the body of hair isn't right and i really am not good at describing why.
hands are way too small. more i look at it, the more i think you really tried to hide her arms/hands in the form of her jacket alongside the rifle.
you also went with very thick outlines. you guys really need to stop doing this blocky line weight thing because it makes it look like a cutout. this particular style would be better suited to an absence of line, rather than heavy lines.
one last thing because i don't think i complained enough about the jacket sleeves, but there would almost definitely be more planes that would require shading than what you did here if that were really the form you wanted to go with. you really need to look at some pictures/videos of people wearing jackets.
oh, and her right thigh looks severely broken. should prob. see a doctor about that.
