/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Here's an update since i last posted the sketch. I know the skin color is monochromatic. I work on the midtones first and then add in deeper shadows and highlights with color variations later. I need some feedback on the face as i'm not used to doing a more cartoony face like this. Also is the torso too long or anything else look off?
