I just call her the Mobile Suit league scanner, after the site she posts her mecha scans. Her usernmae on the there is "3839087" which is unpronouncable unless there's some pun I'm not seeing. On Weibo her username is "-射命丸文-" which is Japanese not Chinese right? She posts references to other scans showing she dose more than just mecha too. I'm thinking she makes her living from this and she's likely responsible for the majority of scans of japanese material since 2012.

It would help to find out where she's posting her non-mecha scans too. they end up on Chinese sites so eventually they end up on archive and e-hentai too though.

Fake news. Her weibo was banned for unknown reasons and she made a new one. Her baidu on Mobile Suit League is still up.
