Neck is TF2 engineer tier

Facial composition looks shit especially the lips

The whole pose looks stiff and forced (not in a good way)

Dick-is-a-mushroom syndrome

The deformation on the tits looks someone took a piece off playdough and threw it at the railing at high speed mainly because

a) each tit looks like it's dividing into 2 parts instead of curving and deforming like a bag of soft fluffy tit fat

b)the top side of the tits, even after faced with a tension point below does not curve according to logic where pressure built up from adding pressure to the tits should result in other points curving outwards (put some water or air in a balloon the grip it or put some wide-ish area pressure on the surface for reference). Tits pretty much work in the same way as balloons filled with water and most other Newtonian liquid albeit with a bit more resistance than water but not enough to make it look like playdough.

but in any case, it's best not to deform tits too much, it makes the whole composition of the drawing look... less fun
