I'm just starting with keys to drawing, I'm a complete begginer but my goal would be to produce digital art.

Should I keep practicing on paper or would a wacom tablet be a good investment when just starting? Which one would you recommend? With the money I have I can afford a Wacom Intuos Pro Pen 2 Medium, although one with a screen would be nice but I'm unemployed.

I'm tudying multimedia design so I guess it could be useful.
