Tehmeh, duh. And before you go "hurr he doesn't post here anymore". He posted wips of that painting on /ic/ for weeks.

I've also seen many environments by anonymous posters who are leagues apart from Noah's crap, but I usually don't save work from /ic/ unless it is incredibly good, so I don't have those to post. Noah is really bad, /ic/ has plenty of mediocre - decent artists and Tehmeh and Catbib shit all over him.
