So the proportions are really off by a lot, but I guess that is obvious to you, just looking at it. Getting that right is just a matter of consistent practice, so keep practicing.

My main advice has to do with composition and being more aware of your motive. Right now the overall texture of your drawing is very muddy and same-ish. There is no sense of layers in it. You clearly have a background and to foreground objects in your setup. Try to make sure that there is a clearer sense of separation between the two, even if that means you have to exaggerate your values a bit. Make sure it is clear what is the focus of attention and what doesn't really matter. See pic, it's rough, but that is what I mean. Simply by moving the values in the background and the foreground further apart, there is a clearer sense of spatial arrangement.
