Hey Subu, I like this piece.
Although the symmetry of the face is a off, and cranium, neck and ear could use some work, the colours are nice.

I know you know about the complaints been made about uploading old work. For a while now.
One solution is to spend half an hour polishing your old work before posting.
That's perfectly acceptable and I've seen others do it before.
