/Beg/ here. Can I get some critiques on these ribs I just made? I didnt have any ingredients to make custom bbq sauce nor did I have any cinnamon or brown sugar. Also, I couldn't remove the membrane so I just cut X's on it with a steak knife. (idk what a pairing knife is). Andadvice on composition/lighting for photography? How to make appealing food pics quickly so I dont have to wait to eat it?
