if you're taking 5 hours and end up with that as a result you're doing something really wrong. I don't think you used any construction either so I'd suggest starting from the beginning and work on gesture sketches. try not to focus on speed to much at the beginning but as you get the hang of it steadily increase your pace.

looks fine so far, I'll never understand people posting unfished sketches unless they're looking pointers on anatomy or whatever
>>6502547
ms paint, good control of shading though
>>6502566
madlad
>>6502576
cool panty. I like the pose too
>>6502587
it's not fun in the beginning when you have to force yourself to think in shapes rather than the image as a whole, but it'll get easier with time
>>6502592
hard to critique because it's not finished
>>6502656
always love tradchads, keep it up dude
>>6502805
the thing that jumps out at me from the beginning are the hands, they look a bit so small. I understand that anime grils have larger heads and smaller hands than normal, but the difference seems to much

is that digital? I can never get my pencil brushes to look that natural. anyway great work man

me when
>>6502905
I sorta dig this, honestly if you did nothing else to the drawing I think it stands out on it's own how it is now. cool stuff
>>6503003
another based tradchad
>>6503047
fantastic shapes man, you've got it down to a science
>>6503078
I like it, it's really chicken scratchy though, but that might be what you were going for, either way I'd say work on steading your hand
>>6503109
please god make it stop
>>6503299
I don't have much to add except try using fewer lines, and try to keep your line weight consistent
>>6503308
Scott Robertson's How to Draw is a good start, but it's very technical and will fry your brain quickly so digest it in pieces
>>6503327
cool forms, working through Hampton?

finally we come to mine. this is the first of anything I've drawn in 8 months, and it's not much
