it's not "learning" in the same sense a human does, therefore it doesn't get the same benefits as a human. it's as simple as that. you move the goalposts and engage in circular logic around this concept to exempt yourself from the accusation of plagiarism through computer software. it doesn't learn like a human and it's not conscious, but it still "learns", therefore it's exempt from being treated as a tool of plagiarism. it's all very carefully arranged mental gymnastics and too convenient for you. you're not fooling anyone :)
