I do a lot of digital now, back when I had a big tilting desk (and my own apartment) doing trad this wasn't much of an issue

I ended up buying a kneeling chair, just got it today. IDK if it's the newer cushion but it's a lot better than the standard office chairs I tried. A bit tiring but at least it's not painful.
It's difficult to slouch in, or be in any other position than the one it wants you to be in for that matter.
I'll test it over the month and see where it takes me.
