If you're going to construct a head, construct it, don't guess or eyeball it. At this stage, it's not even about drawing well. Just making sure that you follow the construction lines will make sure your face doesn't turn out lopsided.

In Drawing the Head and Hands by Loomis, he says the brow line, eyeline, mouth generally follow the same perspective(in some extreme angles, there's some fuckery, but you don't need to worry about that), doing so, really simplifies the process.

So yeah, construction, construction, construction, it's an easy fix. After that, go through the loomis book I mentioned so you get an idea of how the eyes and mouth are placed in perspective then tudy a fuckton of faces and skulls(search for a 3d skull on sketchfab so you can play around with it. ).
