gj, drawing is fine, volumes are there but general lighting isn't working alright, rendering is fine but the setup isn't consistent and doesn't serve anything else, don't be afraid to cast shadows and to light the bg, the same light should be hitting it
seems like you've colored out of a grisaille, tones don't make a family, you can tweak that with overlays/post production
skin has some hue variation, the rest is monotone, think ambient light, color bounces

the folds on the arm dooesn't look beilable
