Extremely based used of Tegami Bachi
Unironically one of my biggest inspirations and I'm striving to create my own mailman narrative thanks to it

I'll bump you with Shoulder a Coffin Kuro
Another that greatly inspires me!
Give me a second, I have another title too

For me i think I could never truly remember where it began... But I have to say, this series definitely was a big inspiration for me.
Shoulder a Coffin Kuro / Hitsugi Katsugi no Kuro
Truly a wonderfully drawn series though truth be told I haven't finished reading it yet. I only found out recently it ended... I think? Growing up I'd only read and reread the first couple of volumes over and over and over again.... I miss it.
I couldn't tell you if the series goes anywhere interesting but I can sure as hell tell you it builds up it's mysteries very very well
It's unfortunate that it isn't very well known...

Besides this I suppose CLAMP and Seinan Douman are two names that come to mind... Perhaps Ayami Kojima too? And Yoshitaka Amano? But I've been inspired by so so so many incredible artists and creations that it'd truly be hard for me to narrow it down

But it would be nice if more people checked out this niche little title
