art being made by robots wouldn’t discourage me from drawing, it’s unhealthy to constantly worry about competition anyway. there will always be artists that are better. if you really believe in the soul/soulless memes then who cares if a soulless program can recreate art from a database of images. you have your own unique vision that at least you can appreciate, and if you work hard enough then at least some other people will too. realize your own maximum potential before you give a shit what other people are doing.
