/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

So I went past the point of stagnation and hit I'm worse than I was before level. Please help me. I used to be able to draw a pose like this in under 30 minutes. Also I'm really sorry for this phone picture. I'm not at my own place, so I'm without a scanner right now.

I can spot out a lot of mistakes here, but I'm not sure how to fix them. For example, the legs and neck are seriously wrong but I don't know where to start on fixing them. I'm also not sure if the torso is too long. I know the arm on the right side is too long, though. I'm shit with shoulders, so I'm not sure if they look alright or not.

Sorry for all of the text. I haven't been able to receive a good crit on any other art site I've been on, and /ic/ ripping me a new asshole years ago helped me get to where I was earlier. I'd just like to keep progressing.
