Isekai is the manga equivalent of dime romance novels you see in bookstores written for middle aged women and angsty teenage girls and weird maladjusted twenty something men. Only difference is the genders are flipped.

There's no such thing as an original idea. What matters is how you use the idea. Make something good, and it will be 'original' by simply the fact you made it. You leak into your good works, and one of the defining trait of bad works is often when that doesn't happen.

Feasible? Not really.
Reliable? Absolutely not.

Never rely on a creative endeavour as a primary source of income, especially one that is inherently out of the public eye. Always have a craft or skillset you use as your job, because you'll never be want for job openings. I personally trained to join the managerial staff of a store, which pays better than you'd think even if it really does feel like an entry level job.
