Only if you critically misunderstand how the human spine works. Your evaluation assumes that the spine can either be straight or bent in the center, which is false. The subject could easily be observed from a slight below position with the upper torso bent forward, which would also explain the shoulders being pushed out.

I don't see what you mean. Pic related, lines are drawn from elbow to center of wrist. Arms are the same length, difference in lines is caused by angle of frontmost arm. The arms clearly have the correct length, as the elbow-wrist length reaches a normal distance down the body, especially considering the angle of the chest to the hips.

The only REAL issue here is that the abdomen needs to twist more, and that's probably what got you. The image was clearly drawn from two different guides, but the angles are easily conceivable if you don't incorrectly think that the spine is a hinge. Anon understands angle and skeletal workings well enough, but not the twist and bend of muscles.
