Well... no. But then I found the article
>http://www.yjstudios.com/blog/2014/05/08/how-to-fix-the-wacom-cintiq-from-shaky-jittery-wobbly-jagged-lines/
that told me to delete every tablet file and install 6.3 6-3 driver. I deleted everything i COULD (couldn't touch wacom files in System 32 and Program files, b/c they were protected by 'TrustedInstaller' service. I made sure it is disabled, but couldn't change permissions for System 32, even though i tried to follow steps from

When I installed the 6.3 6-3 driver, the cursor pointer was offset and even calibrating couldn't fix it. So I went back to the newest one and everything is "ok" now.

The PS is behaving like pic attached. Something about pen pressure seems to cause jitter. 1px line is fine, could be my hand responsible for not 100% smoothness.
In MangaStudio, pen pressure is completely absent (driver not supported). Of course I have double click and windows ink disabled (even tried activating it), it doesn't work. It used to work when I installed the first time for brush size but not for density, but now it's completely gone. Haven't tried Sai yet, cause I have yet to find cracked version of it.

Overall, it's more fun to draw now. I'm not a better artist because of it, but I feel more motivated to practice now.
