use references more, especially for the hands. Flip your canvas both horizontally and vertically while you work. Also, see how you cut off the arm? Dont do that while you're still working on it. You can frame it later but it's gonna be a HELL of a lot easier for you if you draw as much of the body as you can now. Also use more exciting colors, skin is not all just one shade, especially when you have an interesting background with interesting colors to play with.
