If he truly did not listen he would be instead in his own sphere of influence outside of /ic/ getting anesthetized with asspats and the hugbox environment but he is not and it shows because he has improved regardless of what you believe.

Now if you want to talk about artists who've truly stagnated, Yev and that one slav that calls himself pops is a prime example but Firez at least shows an effort to push through the plateau.
