You need to think the shape of her head and face over again, now it looks very flat. Also push up the color range some, those tasty blues in the background should reflect on her skin. Make the shadows less saturated to pus up the vibrance of the skin, or maybe the other way around. Hair needs more flow to it, it doesnt work like curtains do.
