It'll take 10 or so years to make it. This is assuming you draw 21 hours a week and accounting for the fact that you will drop off at some point when life gets in the way and you'll pick it back up. This also assumes you read the sticky and don't waste 6 months on draw in boxes.
If you want to get there faster, draw more and put more brain process in power into it. The most important part though is to have fun and don't burn out
