I would suggest filling in the eyes. It has too much detail compared to the rest. The top jaw is a bit too short. The perspective on the bottom jaw is nice. There are too many wrinkles on the muzzle. I would remove the bottom two. The ear could be better. I'm not sure what's going on with the forehead.
