No, traditional art is not dying out. Digital art has become much more prominent thanks to technology and the many new forms of electronic media that need digital artists. There is still a place for traditional art, and the rise of digital art has helped traditional artists if anything. There are still many, many people who collect art and want an original piece instead of some intangible digital file that can be duplicated infinitely. There is still a place for people who want to sell one of a kind pieces
