What that guy said, just raise your prices. I can't name names, but from the art directors I've talked to they WANT you to shoot higher. It's part of their job to cut low, and only when you push higher is when they bring it to their editor and pitch your work as being worth it. It can't happen if you're just taking it every time because no editor wants to pay you more if they can help it. Seriously, you'll surprise yourself.
