Anyone know how I'd get this background effect on CSP without changing any settings (like Monochrome -> Grayscale)? Specifically the fading out bubbles. I feel like it's probably more obvious than I'm thinking, but I can't seem to figure it out.

While the background gradient is simple, it's the bubbles that get me.
