Sorry, don't mean to shitpost, it just hit me you have some of the same problems as me, and i was able to see them in your work. I tried to paint over in paint with my mouse, try to look at the differences. Your face especially stands out as "flat" and not 3 dimensional but keep in mind I'm also a art noob.
