Where are the teeth? That's one of the bigger issues. You need to look at the form, teeth, and proportions more carefully. The nose cavity is too large, as well, and the cheekbones don't match. The mandible (jaw) doesn't slop forward like that, and you have (again) no teeth.

Try again. LOOK at what you're drawing. Break it down to areas - eye sockets, nose cavity, teeth. Draw lines that represent them.
