Forget eye placement for a while and try to nail down the landmarks so you can get the perspective right, if you observe the bony landmarks on the face you'll notice that chin and the upper part of zygomatic bone can tell you the perspective, also try to concentrate on getting the planes of the head right and adding details will become much easier, right now the perspective of your nose is different from the eyes

I'd say the bigger one on the upper right is the best. You generally seem to push the jaw and nose either too far out or too far in and sometimes you misplace the features a little.
I'd suggest you draw some of these simplified geometric heads in order to get the major masses right.

I think you should also start drawing bigger and do larger, more calculated strokes. You'll need to muscle memory for your shoulder later on anyways. Everything is quite muddy how it is now and your mistakes would be clearer if it weren't.
