I pulled something in my shoulder somehow, now I feel burning pain in my shoulder and sharp pains shooting through my back and arm when I try to draw.

I own the same tablet, OP, except mine is not the new version, but the old one, and I'm struggling with the pen as well, it says the pen is fully charged, and it works perfectly for a couple minutes and then it stops working (unless the pen is plugged for some weird reason) and I don't know if it's because my pen broke or some shit or my other theory is because my tablet drivers are not updated (and it's not letting me update them because I have Windows 7 for 32 bits) maybe it's way too old to update or some shit? I need help too anyway
