>get an artist that you admire to death
>get serious and draw an illustration to the best of your ability in artist you admire's style
>compare, cry, grit and bare it.
>work on problems you found such as faces not being cute or appealing enough and make notes as you study.
>apply the notes to your illustrations/finished pictures again.

The hardest part about being a beginner isn't the work you put in rather the mindset you have.
Yes your drawings will be shit but if you keep on going you WILL see improvement.

Remember to drink water, exercise so you don't get weak wrists, sleep, and take breaks from drawing. If you feel that you have drawn long enough then you have (even if you only drew for 30 minutes) then stop drawing.
Be smart about art and do not rush the process to the point of killing yourself. Also start looking at art that's higher than yours as a milestone that you will get to.
don't view it as a competition, the joy is sucked and art will feel like a chore.
If you do this you can improve in 3 years if you have lots of jobs and a life or 3 months if you're a neet and have all the time dedicated to draw (13 fucking hours don't do that shit if you're just starting out and art is painful for you like it is right now)

Either way you will improve just get grit and bare that motherfucker with art.

>look at this handsome fella wtf does he think he's doing sharing his method with people isn't he ngmi?!
