single biggest issue with this illustration?

overrendered parts? stiff pose? wonky hand anatomy? flat shield?

if you only had 2 hours to work on this... how would you spend that time most efficiently? because i'm noodling around and pushing pixels back and forth and not really going anywhere. i'm also so happy with it so far that i'm afraid of ruining it.
