I'm a /beg/ but I'm going to ask here because /beg/ never answers my questions

How would I do something like pic related in color? Normally I would only draw in black and white, but I started screwing around with my pencil and using it to add a third tone, and I like the way it looks. How would I achieve the same effect with color though?
