there's no really best one, each of them has something to offer but they are quite useless if you're not really aware of the fundamentals as they are like "tips and tricks" to help you gain better mindset and process.

but I guess the best one overall is sketching manga style vol.1-5. you should get better books when it comes to anatomy though like goldfinger or bammes or any others as those how to draw manga books doesn't touch up on them greatly.
