She is quite cute, the standing one is out of balance heavily towards her left unless she is having huge feet and flaw on the ground she would likely fall over. I tried to put the legs a bit wider and pulled the head back to the right to compensate.

Humanoid fantasy races with large tails are difficult to draw because the tail is the continuation of the spine and if the tail is not bending backwards horizontally it would be troublesome for he to walk on two legs. For this reason the hips are usually tilted heavily forwards which pushed the butts out and make the lower curve of the spine very sharp to compensate for standing up straight. You can study this in WoW's draenei females very well for example how different their entire pelvic area is, there are several tutorials on the web on how to draw draenei women's hips (for scientific reasons of course). Check these out.

Finding balance on the body's stature is key importance when creating fantasy creatures.

The other thing is the shadows, judging from the highlights the light seems to be strong and coming from all over a bit chaotically yet the shadows are weak all over the place try to keep the lights and shadows balanced in both intensity and detail you pent much more time on the highlights than on the shadows when in reality the shadows tend to be much more prominent.

I tried to illustrate this a bit on the redraw. But even so still you had adorable results on your own, well done.
