I have a deathgrip on my tablet pen that comes from a subconscious need for accurate lines when i sketch. It gets really bad when I try to do small, precise lines on detailed areas like hands. After a while it causes pretty significant pain in my fingers.

How do I loosen up my sketch work so I can stop injuring myself? I don't have this problem drawing analog or even very much while inking since Iv'e already figured out where I want my lines, but there's some part of my brain that needs my sketches absolutely perfect and it really needs to chill
