be careful with the NO DISTRACTIONS thing. Loish did the same thing, turned off her internet so she didnt check facebook or what have you regularly, but without those mini breaks she ended up fucking up her wrists with the usual carpal tunnel type things

I like regular breaks every hour or so to go for short walk around, stretch, get new drink, etc, and then longer breaks each time.

Colours confuse me.

If I have a yellow object and I put it in shadow would it be better to colour that object with a white-grey? Yellow just turns to brown on the colour wheel.
