I loved Zedig before he decided to embrace his muscle girl fetish. I don't even have a problem with muscle girls but he draws them in the most uncanny way I ever seen. I still like some of his enviromental stuff and some of his character designs

I remember too during the conceptart.org golden age when it used to be popular to paint everthing in a hyper realistic surrealism style. Like for instance Dave Greco. He used to paint everything in that style years ago.

That's one of the things I miss about CA.org the most. You got to see sketchbooks showing the realistic progression from /beg/ level to pro.
