your pose are lifeless, a body is constantly tilting, yours are too stiff, look at a spine and try to replicate the flow of the body. you focus too much on parts and not the movement as a whole. dont even look at parts, they're way off the charts.

i quickly doodle the pose you make in my own head.

think more of flow of movements first, then shapes/proportions of body parts, and then characteristics. Anatomy and shit comes later
