/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I tried really hard and spent quite some time on this one, yet his dick looks weird (I wouldn't just Google "child penis", so I had to use simply "small penis" and I dont think it made the cut), the body also looks floppy and ridiculously wrong, even when I did use reference. Also not satisfied with the background, the only thing I did like about this one piece was the lighting, and even then, I didn't put the shadows or finish lighting the face. What can I do to improve?
