Apart from the hand fixes that other people gave, in terms of coloring I would suggest using a lighter base color for the hair. Otherwise, the shadows will be way too dark and it’ll be hard to work with. I always suggest to start with giving hair a light gradient of some sort, and depending on what style you want to go for, you can use a large airbrush to add a bit of the skin color to the areas of hair around the face. The ways of doing highlights also varies a lot, but here’s one way you could do it. Personally I would erase or redraw some of the hair strand lines that you have drawn, as I feel like they are more randomly placed than helping to build the shape of the hair. You can always do some more extreme backlight to give the edges more definition as well.
