I have a few ailments that marijuana use has helped. Arthritis in both knees, one got smacked by a work table's steel corner and developed a blood bubble the size of a golf ball,and the other was shattered by a car accident that left the tibia fractured like a head of broccoli. And my hip is wearing away its cartilage so I was limping around like Igor,and that might be genetic. But after discovering a bag of marijuana dropped by a register at work, I soon lost the limp,and my joints have become more limber. I hadn't smoked for nearly a decade before that,voluntarily giving it up because I was dating a single mother and if the kid ever mentioned that she smelled it in my apartment, then child services would happily crucify me. But once Covid hit and I had to give up my website, I got too depressed to draw for two years. But after it reentered my life,I started creating again,and my style has been enhanced since my hiatus.

Now money is tight again, my work hours are being cut,and my union contract is up in April, so the future is bleak. I could get more from my local dispensary, but I am using the time to see just how badly my body is feeling without it.

You are being Paid to Exercise. And you will get benefits in time,which you'll need. I was a rail thin nerd when I started,but I bulked up from doing the soda aisle,and they always need people. A walking commute will leave you plenty of time to draw, and a little focusing on your desired output will streamline your life.

And a better photo of an earlier work,when I embarked on a fervor of productivity after a two year drought. Covid so addled my finances that I had to abandon my webcomic and its domain name. So I became too depressed to draw,but I found a bag of marijuana at work,and suddenly I reawakened the urge to create. This is one of the first.
