And then for your brush settings and changing their texture/shape, either go to the bar at the top, click the downward arrow next to the current brush selected and the window opens.

Alternately, right clicking with the mouse or using one of your tablet pen buttons when on your open canvas opens the window too.

But just explore PS at your own pace, and just have a look at what's to offer. I used to be SAI and moved to PS a few years ago, and imo I prefer PS.
