Any more corrections I can make on the head?

It started out very weirdly tilted, with most of the weight concentrated in the upper right, the far eye bulging, and the face all over the place.

Since then I've moved some of the weight around, brought the far eye in, and brought the chin and mouth forward slightly.

It's a bit more balanced, but still looks wrong. Should I expand the back of the head? Reduce the width of both eyes?
