don't break things down to simple lines anon. break things down to simple forms.

cube, box, cylinder, cone, pyramid, sphere, capsule

these and partial bits of them put together can let you construct anything. go study your forms and you can start to understand how stuff is constructed. if you want simplified ways of thinking about things, look up asaro heads and planes of the x type anatomy. where x is the thing you want to study. planes of the torso for example, pic related.

Where is his ribcage? The abs usually conform to the arch of the ribcage, and go inwards slightly to protect the digestive tract. Then near the belly button, it juts out slightly and arcs to the pubic symphysis.(pic related)

The pecs are usually more rectangular in shape, depending on the person, and they attach right around where the deltoid attaches too, effectively forming the front part of the armpit.

Addressing your profile head, remember that the head is NOT a perfect circle, or a square. In fact, in a profile view, the head is actually a little big bigger than a complete square, with the top of the head a little more flat than usual. Also remember that the Sternocleidomastoid attaches right behind the ears, too.

Continuing on with the head, the jawline should begin at an angle that is directed towards the back of the head...From what I'm looking at, the jaw angle looks like it is directed towards the front or even straight vertical. The jawline does not curve as much as you have made it...and as for the chin, feel on your face. You can feel that the chin juts out quite a bit further than expected. Also remember that the mouth is a Sphere or a Barrel that has skin wrapped around it. Your nose can protrude out further if you so desire, but not necessary (Noses can be quite different). For the ear, it starts at the center of the sideplane and follows the beginning angle of the jawline.

One last thing, look up Obliques and how they sit on the pelvis...There is usually a bit of a bulge where the illiac crest is.

Honestly, even with all of this information, it seems that you have a pretty decent grasp, and if you were to put a little more time in construction and feeling what the form of each muscle is, you could probably get away with more than you think
