I really want to know, what is this (picrel) art style? What are it's defining features? Does it have a name? Does it draw from specific fundamentals, or a style (eg. cubism, expressionism, etc.)? What are the techniques, that create such results?

These are just basic questions that boggle my mind. If there are any details you are capable of extrapolating from the image, please go on.

I did browse and search the catalog
I did browse and search the archive for that sort of thing, but it's not there
I did reverse image search, but it's mostly moonrunes and you can imagine how google translate murders detail
