i think the choker's fine. not a super difficult detail to maintain, i imagine, and it helps gives the idea that he's a porn star. it's saucy.
it is sort of 'drowned out' by the big puffy bow, though. maybe replace that with a tie. covers the fluff, but it's a more recognizable staple of mobster wear and doesn't enroach on the neck area so much.
