Try adding an spotlight rather than just 2 tones of shading (those body parts look rather flat).
Asshole is to close to balls. It looks kinda off.
Make sure to make the muscles tightener, more prominent. Like in the feet, people will notice right away on parts that are common fetishes. try adding more detail on those parts that tend to be the most interest from people (like face, ass, feet, some even have a thing for forearms and hands)
